Ågane ships orders from Sweden.

Orders within Sweden are shipped with a tracked shipping service.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

European Union
We ship to selected countries within the European Union.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking.

International Orders
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Ågane cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For handmade knives and other made-to-order or specially prepared products, the estimated processing time will be stated on the product page.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the product.
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to Ågane because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
